Due in showing on stayover rooms

Fixed an issue where rooms were incorrectly marked as "Due in" for stayover guests, even when no arrivals were scheduled in the PMS. The logic for room status synchronization was improved to ensure only rooms with actual arrivals are marked as "Due in", reducing confusion for staff and improving operational accuracy.

Missing OOO status on rooms

Resolved a problem where rooms marked as Out of Order (OOO) in the PMS were not reflected correctly in Flexkeeping. The fix ensures OOO statuses are now synchronized properly, so room availability matches across both systems, including edge cases with completed and end dates.

Cloudbeds roomBlocked parsing affecting room status

Fixed a bug that caused runtime errors during attribute calculation for Cloudbeds integrations. The system now validates attribute types before processing, preventing errors and ensuring reliable room status updates — especially for OutOfOrder and roomBlocked conditions.

OOO status not removed automatically

Addressed an issue where the Out of Order (OOO) status was not removed at the scheduled time. The update ensures OOO statuses are now reliably cleared as expected, improving daily operations.

Invalid time value when opening checklist

Resolved an issue where opening a checklist caused an "Invalid time value" error due to incorrect date handling. Checklists now open correctly.

Print button on Housekeeping page

The Print button in the Housekeeping week view was not functioning. It has been removed until a proper implementation is completed, preventing user confusion.

Workflow refetching on edit

Switching browser tabs while editing a workflow previously caused data loss due to automatic reload. This has been fixed so unsaved changes are now preserved.

Error when saving workflow

Fixed validation issues that caused errors when saving new workflows. All required fields are now correctly checked before saving.


Tasks

Group rooms by room type on create

Rooms are now grouped by type when creating cleaning credits, allowing faster setup and easier bulk selection.

Improved visibility of "Next" button

The Next button in the cleaning credits editor is now clearly visible at the top of the page, improving navigation and usability.

Differentiate lost/found on print version (LOFO)

The print view now clearly distinguishes between "Found by" and "Reported to", making item status immediately understandable for staff.
