New Features and Improvements:

  • Automated Services Badge on Assignments:

This update introduces a badge on the assignment list and a tag on the assignment details screen to identify assignments created automatically. It enhances visibility and acknowledges the impact of automation from integrations, optimizing operations through these channels.

  • Increase rate-limit to our API

We’ve addressed the feedback regarding our API’s rate-limit being too low. The rate limit has been increased to 60 requests per minute per IP or user (if authenticated), improving the user management module’s UX significantly.

  • Default login type

A new  setting has been introduced, allowing the specification of a default login type, such as SSO via an identity provider ID (e.g., saml). This enhancement ensures clients that wish to enforce SSO can now do so seamlessly, affecting user management and SSO integration. This update simplifies the user creation flow, enhancing security and user experience by aligning with preferred authentication methods.

  • Add subtype information for assignment on ‘Progress of Assignment Report’

A new column titled ‘subtype’ has been added to the ‘Progress of Assignment Report’ to distinguish between the newly introduced assignment subtypes: Internal, Guest Request, and Pre-Arrival. This enhancement improves the granularity and utility of data provided to clients, facilitating better understanding and decision-making.

  • Update checklist reports

The Checklist reports have been updated, including the addition of ‘updated’ and ‘updated_by’ fields for each report related to checklists. This update ensures the data displayed is current and accurately reflects changes made by users.
