Mews connection - connecting spaces
Enhanced the Mews AutoConnect feature to ensure all Mews spaces are created and linked correctly in Flexkeeping. The update includes robust handling of parent-child space relationships and improved logging for failure scenarios, ensuring onboarding continues even if the resources API is unavailable. Regression testing confirmed that existing space import flows remain unaffected and idempotency is maintained.
Create a new API endpoint to retrieve assignments created on Flexkeeping
Extended the assignments API to support filtering by creation and update date ranges, as well as by booking IDs. The response now includes the created field, and the API enforces that either created_after or updated_after must be provided. This ensures more precise and flexible assignment queries, supporting both current and future requirements.
Room move tasks not triggered – CB sends check-in instead of room move
Improved handling of room moves for Cloudbeds reservations, ensuring that room changes are accurately reflected and previous reservations are properly canceled. The update covers various scenarios, including basic room moves, updates without moves, multiple room moves, and moves during different reservation statuses, providing more reliable synchronization with Cloudbeds.
Create a user facing editor for space type and ota ranking
The process for creating and editing space type rankings was improved by using modals, aligning with other flows. The “Apply” button in the create modal is now disabled until all required fields are selected, preventing undefined errors. Additionally, the search input was hidden where backend support is missing, and a new ticket was created for unrelated global issues.
Implement the collapse/grouping table feature
Rows in the relevant table can now be collapsed, improving data visibility and user navigation. This enhancement was verified and confirmed to work as intended.
Improve the API call on wok allocation
The API for space types now supports filtering by facility ID, allowing more precise data retrieval. This change ensures that only relevant spaces are shown when a facility is specified, and the update was successfully tested.
Allocated user initials missing on work-schedule/week view (rooms) - MultiHsk
A new icon is displayed to represent multiple housekeepers, replacing initials with a group icon. On hover, the icon now shows the list of housekeepers, and the coloring logic matches that of single housekeeper initials, enhancing clarity for users.
Workday View – Missing Space Types in Filter
The filter for room types now correctly displays all room types, even those with the same name but different IDs. This resolves previous issues where only one of the identically named room types was visible, ensuring users can filter by all available types.
