Feedback – “Sort By” Filter Not Working
Resolved an issue where the “Sort By” filter options in the Feedback module were unresponsive, and the “Clear all filters” button failed to reset selections. Filters are now fully functional, and the “Clear all filters” action reliably resets all applied filters, ensuring smooth and intuitive filter behavior.
Human Icon Missing on Occupied Rooms with Next-Day Departure (Turndown Allocation)
Fixed a display issue where rooms occupied by guests departing the following day did not show the human icon on the turndown list. The system now consistently displays the icon for all occupied rooms, improving room identification for housekeeping staff.
Outdated Reservations Appearing When Creating Room Orders
Addressed a bug where old reservations from previous years appeared linked to rooms when creating new room orders. Only current, valid reservations are now displayed, streamlining the process and preventing user confusion.
Checklist Export/Report – Incorrect Question Order
Corrected a mismatch between the order of questions in checklist exports/reports and their order in the checklist editor. The exported and dashboard views now reflect the same sequence as defined in the editor, ensuring consistency in checklist management.
Base Integration – Room Move to Unmapped Room
Improved integration logic to ensure that when a guest’s reservation is moved from a mapped room to an unmapped one, the system treats it as a checkout from the original room. This update ensures the original room is correctly marked for cleaning and the reservation status is properly updated across integrations.
