:star-struck: Implement average waiting time for room orders    
We’ve added a new feature to enhance operational transparency and efficiency. The system now displays the average waiting time for room orders, calculated based on a predefined amount of time. Feature is managed with settings and is available on Guest service menu.

:star-struck: Attachments on feedbacks    
We have now released the option to add attachments to Guest relation module. With each complaint or cost of quality you input you can now also add some additional materials in the form of attachments.,


:pencil2: Timeline display in 24-hour format    
With the latest upgrade on assignments, we introduced a 12h display of timeline which caused some confusion among the users. The 24h format has been implemented on assignment details for better readability.

:beetle: Attachment previews on the Lost and found module    
We have introduced a new, global, and reusable **AttachmentPreview** component to replace the previous attachment preview functionality, resolving issues caused by undefined or non-existing source URLs in the image component. This enhancement ensures all attachment types—such as photos, videos, and PDFs—are consistently displayed in a unified format. Thumbnails are now presented as uniform squares, providing a cleaner and more cohesive user experience across all reports.


:pencil2: RMS Upgrade    
RMS introduced new webhook changes based on room status and cleanliness, with which we are optimising the fetching and processing of integration data.
Optimization has also been done on the processing of guest data available through the RMS webhooks (update mechanism for changes on integration data).


:beetle: Guest names missing on RMS integration    
Users noticed that some reservation information was missing guest details. This was due to the fact that guest data was fetched after reservation information was updated. With the optimization of the integration, we are now processing the guest data received in a different timeline and thus display it accordingly.
