SOPs are crucial for seamless hotel management, ensuring consistency, guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence. With our SOP module, you can easily organize and display the internal standards as digital SOPs. It will help you to train your staff in a fast and efficient way.
You can access the SOPs module directly from the main menu.
Creating an SOPs
To start creating an SOP click on the yellow Edit button. Next, click on the +Add button to insert the name of the folder. When you create your first SOP folder, you will be able to
Add a new sub-folder
Upload a document or create an article
Edit the name of the folder or
Delete folder
Creating an article: this option will open an editor, where you can create the content and add pictures. Once done, make sure to click the Save button.
Uploading a document: if you prefer to write an article in a different document, you can save it as a PDF and upload it directly into the folder by selecting the upload a document option.
SOP Settings
Settings allow you to set up the visibility of the checklists. Click on the settings button to adjust the following options.
Property Visibility: Choose the properties where the selected SOP should be visible.
User Visibility: Specify user groups or individual users that should have access to the document.
Reference: Select the room types in which the SOP should be visible.
After adjusting the settings, press the Confirm button to save the changes.
Limitations
When creating an SOPs please keep in mind the following limitations:
Size limitation: Currently the maximum allowed file size is 50 MB.
Allowed file types
Images: BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, JPE, PNG
Video: MP4,
Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, WORD, TXT
