Management Operational Dashboard

We have replaced the old KPIs report with a new Management Operational Dashboard. The operational dashboard will show you details with respect to its main metrics:

  • Occupancy

  • Housekeeping

  • Maintenance

  • Guest feedback

  • Minibar



How does it work

The Management Operational Dashboard collects current information on activities within the property for any selected day. When opening the menu, it will always display the latest overview of your property’s most important metrics.

 

The menu is also available on your mobile application so you can check it at any point anywhere at the property.

 

What information is included

As mentioned before, the information included is currently segmented into the following metrics:

1. Occupancy

The first three cards inform you about your occupancy based on the data exchanged between your PMS and Flexkeeping. The information is available for 8 days in advance if supported by the integration.

You can quickly see how occupied your property is and how many arrivals and departures are expected on that day.

2. Housekeeping

The housekeeping segment gives you an overview of the rooms in cleaning. The information on inspected rooms is up to date, and in the second card you will also see how many rooms on arrivals still need to be inspected.


3. Maintenance

As property maintenance is important to keep the property in its tip-top shape here you see an overview of all open maintenance issues and how many were completed on this day. There is also information on reported by guest versus reported by employees ratio.


4. Guest Feedback 

The satisfaction of a guest is a top priority within any property. So keeping on top of reported complaints or compliments is also an important metric. By clicking on the small clipboard icon in the top right corner above the card you will get a detailed overview of guests and their room numbers and the complaint/compliment, depending on the card you are looking at, that has been made.


5. Minibar

An overview of consumed minibar items will give you information on how many were recorded as consumed (on the second card) and how much value they accumulated for you based on prices you have entered in Flexkeeping (on the first card).

The graph below shows you t consumed minibar items today in a graphic fashion.

 

How do I use the dashboard?

Dashboard is available on both web and mobile devices in a menu called Management Dashboard. 

Should you need clarification on what you are looking at on the card use the question mark icon next to each card for a detailed explanation of each metric.

On the web, the dashboard is available in your Analytics tab while on the mobile app, it is a standalone menu loading this information for you.


How can I get this

We have automatically activated this for main management user groups. Should you not have access yet or would simply like to add it, please inform our support team to activate it for you.
