Not able to reset users password via email
Fixed an issue where the “Send an email to the user to create password” option in User Management did not send a reset email or respond to clicks. Now, clicking Confirm reliably sends the password reset email, ensuring a smooth password reset process for all users across properties.
Improve React boundary error messages with more details
Enhanced error handling in the assignments module by providing detailed, actionable error messages when data is missing or corrupted. The new messages explain what’s wrong, suggest next steps, and include a copy-to-clipboard feature for sharing technical details with support, streamlining troubleshooting for support teams.
Consequence node breaks when message is too long
Improved the display of long messages in consequence nodes to prevent text overflow and layout breakage. Variables now display correctly without unwanted percentage signs, and unnecessary line breaks in task messages have been removed for a cleaner, more consistent user experience.
Open “add credits to all spaces” modal by default on step 3
Updated the cleaning credits workflow so that when multiple spaces are selected, the Add credits to all selected spaces modal opens automatically and individual records are collapsed. This reduces unnecessary steps and improves usability when managing multiple spaces.
Completed automated services reopen automatically
Fixed an issue where automated service tasks reappeared on the pending list after being marked as completed. Once completed, services now remain closed until the next scheduled occurrence.
Repeating task information reverting after creation
Resolved an issue where updates to repeating task details were reverted after initial setup. Repeating information now saves and persists correctly.
Cleanup schemas scheduled every day
Fixed a bug where cleanup tasks were incorrectly scheduled daily instead of weekly. Cleanup schemas now appear only on their intended days.
Automated cleaning not or incorrectly scheduled
Addressed issues where automated cleanings were missing or scheduled incorrectly for longer guest stays. Scheduling now follows configured rules accurately.
Week schedule PAST API returns deleted spaces
Updated the API to exclude deleted spaces, ensuring only valid spaces appear in past cleanups and summaries.
Departure rooms not moved to empty status
Corrected room status handling so departure rooms are moved to empty when appropriate. Cleanliness status and completion rules are now applied consistently.

Improve room status synchronization between Flexkeeping and Apaleo
Enhanced synchronization by introducing endpoints that allow pulling the latest room statuses from Apaleo and pushing all current statuses back when required, ensuring long-term alignment between systems.
