Guest Attributes are visual indicators that inform users when a guest requires special recognition, attention, or handling. In Flexkeeping, there are two types of guest attributes:
Common attributes – managed manually by the property.
Integration attributes – populated automatically based on the data received from your PMS. The availability and type of these attributes depend on the PMS your property is using.
Assigning guest attributes to reservations
Guest attributes can be assigned through /guest_attribute/space_edit.
This opens the Space Management page, listing all rooms at the property. Here you can see whether a room is occupied or unoccupied:
If the room is unoccupied, guest attributes cannot be added.
If the room has an active reservation (arrival or occupied) , a + icon will appear in the relevant column.

Click the + icon, select the desired attribute, and save your changes. Once applied, the attribute will be displayed on the Status View with a diamond icon and the corresponding label.
Integration Attributes and PMS Systems
The specific integration attributes that are available depend entirely on the options and capabilities offered by your PMS. Consequently, these attributes vary from one PMS provider to another.
For detailed and specific information relevant to your system, please contact your Onboarding Manager or our Support Team. They can provide the necessary intelligence for your particular integration.
