 Bug Fixes

• Guest Name Display Issue (null null or empty space)
  Fixed an issue where guest names were sometimes displayed as “null null” or left blank, especially for arrivals. The update ensures guest names are correctly pulled from the PMS and shown in Flexkeeping, matching the reservation data and improving clarity for hotel staff.
  
  

• Arrival of a new guest visible in an already occupied room – b_smart
  Resolved a bug where new guest arrivals were incorrectly shown in rooms that were already occupied. The logic was updated so arrivals are no longer assigned or visible in occupied rooms, ensuring accurate room status and preventing confusion.
  
  

• Two Statuses Appearing Simultaneously - OOO and Stayover/Departure
  Fixed a problem where rooms could display both “out of order” and reservation status symbols at the same time. Now, when the out-of-order status is removed in the PMS, only the correct reservation status is shown, preventing overlapping icons.
  
  

• White page on checklist overview
  Fixed a loading error that caused a blank white page on the checklist overview. The page now loads correctly and displays checklist information as intended, even when translations contain special characters.
  
  

• Storno of addon items not reflected in Laserline
  Resolved an issue where cancelled addon items, such as minibar charges, were not properly updated in the Laserline PMS. Now, all cancellations are reliably sent to the PMS, ensuring accurate billing and guest records.
  
  

• Remove query string on lost and found module when switching realms
  Fixed an issue where switching between properties in the lost and found module left unnecessary query strings in the URL. Now, when users with access to multiple realms switch, the URL is cleaned up for a smoother navigation experience.

• CS tooltip is on the side instead of under the icon overlapping other icons
  Resolved a UI bug where the CS tooltip overlapped other icons by appearing to the side. The tooltip now displays below the icon, and disappears when dropdowns are open, improving clarity and usability.

• Unrecognised font in export
  Fixed an export issue where Thai and other non-Latin characters were not displayed correctly due to font problems. Exported documents now support all supported languages, ensuring proper display for international users.
  
  

• Human icon missing on occupied rooms on turndown allocation
  Addressed a bug where the human icon was not visible on occupied rooms during turndown allocation. The icon now consistently appears, making it easier for staff to identify occupied rooms.
  
  

• Error message on L&F page
  Fixed an error that prevented users from adding Lost and Found items, especially when using Norwegian language settings. Users can now add items without encountering errors.

• Missing attributes on workday
  Mapped Mews guest classifications into Flexkeeping so that VIP and other attributes are correctly displayed as icons on reservations. The fix ensures all relevant attributes are shown for both arrivals and stayovers, improving visibility for hotel staff.

• Add shortcut symbol for global search
  Added a shortcut symbol next to the global search icon, dynamically showing the correct key for Mac or Windows users. This helps users discover and use the search shortcut more easily.

• Space type filters on the housekeeping daily view
  Enhanced the housekeeping daily view by adding filters for space type, calculated status, and guest/reservation attributes. This allows staff to better prioritize rooms and aligns filtering options with the workday view.
