How to Use Repairs Analytics Overview

Looking for details about already archived repairs? All repair records are available under the Overview → Repairs page.

Step 1: Open the Repairs Overview

Go to: Repairs Overview A dashboard will appear, allowing you to select dates and filter which assignments you want to see:

  • Created on chosen dates – Repairs created within the selected date range.

  • Completed on chosen dates – Repairs completed within the selected date range.

  • Open or pending – Repairs that were in “Open” or “Pending” state between the selected dates.

Step 2: Choose Assignment Status


 You can further filter the overview by status:

  • Pending

  • On hold

  • Outsourced

Step 3: Apply Filters and Get Data

Press the “Get Data” button in the upper-right corner. The overview of all selected data will appear. Don’t worry if it looks overwhelming—you can always adjust filters to find exactly what you need.

Available Filters for Repairs:

  • Room

  • Completed on (date)

  • Completed by (user)

  • Completed by (user group)

  • Assignment type

  • Canceled (canceled on date or active)

  • Group canceled by

  • Has to-do list or not

  • Assignment code

  • Category of assignment

  • Priority

  • Creation date

  • Created by user group

  • Created by user

  • Scheduled for date


Step 4: Exporting the Report
 Once you have the filtered data, you can export it in PDF or XLS format. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner and choose your preferred format.



Note: Exported reports include comments, pictures, and all other details added to the assignments.
