We’re excited to introduce a new feature in the Automated Cleanings module: Historical Data in Calendar View! This feature gives you access to detailed past housekeeping activities, helping you better understand and improve your operations.

What Is the New Feature?
This update adds historical data to the Automated Cleanings calendar view. In the "Rooms" tab of Housekeeping, you can now see:
Previous Reservations: See past room reservations (excluding virtual ones, as they’ve been converted to active statuses).
Past Cleaning Records: View who cleaned the room and how many credits were used.
Final Cleanliness Status: Check each room’s cleanliness at the end of the day, shown with the usual color codes.
Daily Activity Counters: See past housekeeping and credit counts for each day.
Detailed Cleaning Breakdown: Access a breakdown of cleaning credits and activities.
Side Panel Information: Get more details on a specific room’s past cleaning events with a side panel.
Why Is This Change Important?
Having access to past housekeeping data can:
Increase Accountability: Understand what happened in your rooms to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve Guest Issues: Quickly check room histories to handle questions or complaints.
Analyze Performance: Review past housekeeping resource usage to find trends and improve efficiency.
With this feature, you gain a clear view of past housekeeping activities, making operations more transparent and easier to manage.
How It Works
When you open the calendar view in the "Rooms" tab, you’ll now find historical data for past dates:
Reservations: View past room reservations (virtual reservations are excluded).
Cleaning Records: Each cleaning activity appears as a card, showing the housekeeper and credits used.
Cleanliness Status: See the final cleanliness state for each day in the usual color-coded format.
Daily Counters: Check housekeeping and credit counts for previous days, with detailed activity breakdowns.
Side Panel: Click on any cleaning card to see a full history of that room’s cleaning details.
Note: This data is static, meaning it shows what was recorded at the time and does not update or change.
