The Lost & Found module provides you with the ability to log information about lost and found items from your guests.
Logging lost or found item
On the mobile app, navigate to the Main Menu - Lost & Found. Press the green plus button then select between the lost or found options and fill out the form. Press confirm to save the changes.
On the web navigate to the Modules Menu - Lost & Found. On the top right corner, press on the Add button, select the lost or found option and fill out the form.
Managing lost and found items
The list of all the lost and found items is saved in the Lost & Found module. By clicking on the logged item you will be able to see all the details that were added. By clicking on the three dots, additional options will appear, allowing you to edit and take further actions, such as sent, archive, etc.
Similar to the web, the items can also be managed on the mobile app, in the Lost & Found module. Click on the Item to access the details or press the submitted button to take further action.
