Multi-Housekeeper function by Flexkeeping

The Multi-Housekeeper function allows you to choose more than one housekeeper during the allocation of the work in the morning. This means that your housekeepers are now able to work in teams and that one room can be assigned to two people. The multi-housekeeper function is available on https://app.flexkeeping.com/work_schedule. 

Follow these simple steps below to assign the rooms to your team: 

1. We start in the ‘Housekeeping’ title in the menu where the room allocation is usually done. 

2. Once you have allocated the rooms, you look at the bottom where the name of the housekeeper is and add as many as you want. 

3. Finally, choose the housekeepers, click ‘Confirm’ and most importantly, do not forget to ‘Save’.

Please note that this feature must be enabled in your settings by a Flexkeeping Administrator. If you would like to have it activated, kindly reach out to your onboarding manager or the Flexkeeping Support Team, who will be happy to assist you.
