Introduction

Users can now show instant proof of completed assignments by snapping a live photo. The photo automatically populates in Flexkeeping, so all team members can see when a task is done. No more manual checks or time-consuming follow-ups. Much more transparency, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Capabilities

Instant Visual Validation (At Scale): Photo proof uploads automatically to the assignment details, so teams can chase less and trust more.

In-App Live Photo Capture: No gallery uploads = more transparency and less friction for staff.

Customized Configuration: Admins decide which user groups must provide photo proof for each assignment type, so standards are enforced without overburdening all users.

How It Works

  1. Open an assignment.

  2. Press “Mark as Done” and you’ll be prompted to take a photo.

  3. The app automatically opens camera view. You can’t upload an image from your gallery.

  4. After snapping a photo, the assignment moves to Completed.

  5. The photo is now visible in the “Photo Proof” section of the assignment details
